•1,200 dals per night (excluding cash power electricity) Cash power 83 dals per day

 

•Three star room rating with tv , room sweep, mop, basic clean , bedding change once a week and basic kitchen amenities 

•1,500 dals per night ( excluding cash power electricity ) cash power  83 dals per day

 

•Three star room rating with TV, room sweep and mop and basic clean.

Bedding change twice a week , basic kitchen amenities, gold pass jacuzzi and paddle pool access ( children only )

The Ark Residence Rules and Guidelines 

  • All visitors must be checked in with official ID
  • Visting times strictly 9am - 9pm except on entertainment nights
  • No visitors in rooms without authorisation (check with management)
  • No overnight stays unless authorised
  • No outside alcohol permitted onsite, all drinks are sold at the Banta bar

Fire Safety Rules

  • No smoking or cooking in the rooms (designated areas) only
  • Please locate your nearest fire exit as fire drills can take place at any time (management will give advanced notice.

Room Keys

Key Rules & Advice

  • Only locks and keys provided by
    The Ark Management permitted

  • A spare key is retained by
    The Ark Residence Management,
    for house keeping and maintenance etc
  • key deposit required (refundable) upon key return at end of reservation check out
  • Please retain your deposit receipt and report any lost keys immediately.

Advice

  • We advise guests to leave keys at reception before leaving The Ark Residence.
  • Lost keys will lead to lock replacements and forfeiture of key deposit.
  • Lost key replacement 2500 dals

 

Appliances Permitted:

  • Light electricals only!
  • No fridges,. micro waves, heavy electrical appliances permitted in rooms.
  • Check with management if unsure

 

Laundry
Clothes washing permitted in designated laundry area only check with management
